Workout: 3 Mile Easy Run

Distance: 3 Miles (On a Treadmill)

Avg. Pace: 11:52/mile
Weather: Indoors

Very easy slow workout trying to keep my heart rate in my "Zone 2" (60-70% HRR). I hate running on a treadmill.

Next Planned Workout: Tomorrow (Sun. 8/16), 7 mile long run
